What would happen if there were another Open Source umbrella organization, say the Software Freedom Conservancy and if they were to also include geospatial software, in this case SurveyOS and if the geospatial software group happened to be involved in setting standards (along with a less than glowing assessment of OGC), notably LocusXML, the Polaris Geometry Framework, and the Open Geospatial Database?
I might just feel like I'm in that movie...
